Nagasaki Nomad Residency
A one-month, in-person, contribution-based residency in the port city where international histories already cross. You don't just visit. You propose something to leave behind: a workshop, a piece of content, strategy for a local business, a session with students.
It's the softest possible landing into Japan and the widest doorway into this whole crossing. Accommodation and coworking are covered, so the only thing you bring is your expertise and your curiosity.
The Fish Boss Hosted Trip
A small, hosted run along the Nagasaki coast, led by me. We hit the tackle shops you'd never find, the products that haven't crossed the ocean yet, and the techniques the locals actually use. We go on cultural trips together like blacksmithing, sushi workshops, and local festivals. Then we fish the spots that don't show up online.
This isn't only a fishing trip. Between sessions we sit down and work on your business, the same way I've untangled brands from stuck to scaling. You leave with fish stories, gear the rest of the internet doesn't have yet, and a clearer next 90 days.
Where the business gets unstuck.
If your business feels tangled, you're probably not fishing enough. Untangled is the working half of the trip, from business masterminds, social media and marketing secrets, sharing new opportunities, to expanding what's possible in your fishing career.
Co-Live Fukuoka
The last port is the loudest one. Co-Live Fukuoka is a year-round community for founders, creators and remote pros — and every October it runs its flagship program alongside the global startup conference RAMEN TECH. It's the biggest business-and-lifestyle gathering of its kind in Japan.
Fukuoka is Japan's fastest-growing major city: airport ten minutes from downtown, beaches and mountains twenty, 370+ ramen shops, and startup-friendly policy built in. It's where this crossing ends on a high — surrounded by the people you'll keep building with.
